Coordination and management of multiple Emergency Response Teams. Provide expertise, gather and analyze information and make recommendations on appropriate actions and communications during the management of a crisis or emergency. Knowledge and experience with the Ontario and Canadian statutes, including the: Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act; and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Incorporation of project management and outcome measurement. Capacity building and program expansion. Establishment and development of private and public sector partnerships including government and emergency services. Agreement (MOA/MOU) negotiation. Educating and promoting best practices and a culture of awareness. Administration of volunteer resource management.

Provide strategic direction for and apply experience and leadership in: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery activities to ensure business continuity and sound emergency management practice.
