Haiti Sanitation Survey

I am an MA candidate in Disaster and Emergency Management at York University.  My research focuses on sanitation in the aftermath of disaster and evaluating innovative cost recovery sanitation solutions.  I am hoping any professionals who have been to Haiti will take a few minutes to complete a short questionnaire on your experience in the recovery efforts.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.  Thank you again for your time.  Please also feel free to forward these questions to anyone that may be able to assist.
There is an informed consent form attached to this e-mail.

Thanks for posting this discussion forum topic Stephen. I know some of our members have been involved in haumanitarian relief efforts and might be able to contribute to your survey.

As I was not involved with Haiti I did not take the survey but I did review your web site and was impressed with it.  As an emergency management student I would appreciate it if you would tell us a little more about your interest in sanitation and how you came to develop the web site.  The Student Blog would be the most appropriate place to post that information to encourage other students to do likewise.

Just filled out your survey Stephen. If you'd like any followup info, let me know.

Stephen - have you seen this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5b56eQ_fJk&feature=relmfu

Also - are you a member of Haiti's MPHISE?  http://haiti.mphise.net/
