Wiki Editing Example - PTSC-Online

The wiki is one of the most powerful and versatile features in PTSC-Online. Here is a link to the on line instructions for wikis in the IGLOO customer care community. 

A unique feature if a wiki is that members can edit a wiki article and the wiki keeps track of the changes. 

After the article was saved I opeened it and edited the article to add this sentence. Click on versions to see the two different versions of the article.
