- PTSC-Online is managed for CAFC by MacKay Emergency Management Consulting Inc. (memci) in a manner which supports the PTSC-Online vision, mission and CAFC's goals for sponsoring PTSC-Online and in accordance with accountability and financial guidelines established with CAFC.
- PTSC-Online operation is supported by a steering committee, chaired by William F. MacKay. The role of the steering committee is to help PTSC-Online achieve its vision and mission by providing input to its design and operation and providing liaison with organizations that can benefit from using PTSC-Online.
- VISION: to be the virtual online community of choice for Canadian emergency management, business continuity and critical infrastructure protection professionals for the purpose of networking, communication and collaboration on emergency management related matters.
- MISSION: to support continuous improvement of Canadian emergency management, business continuity and critical infrastructure protection programs by providing tools for online information sharing and collaboration.
